This is described as a 'robust soup' ie the kind that will cause your uric acid levels so soar skyhigh but it's still worth eating. It's very very very tasty, I can just imagine all the juices and delicious lamb-ey smells (I love lamb/mutton smells) zooming out from the muscle fibres and into the soup. The soup is also quite viscous, and a bit oily, but then it tastes so good that you must dip dip dip your bread inside to mop up all the soup.
Lots of v solid meat, but it's not tough. Just has more character than those flimsy thin ones that you get at some stalls. It's easy to say that this is the best Soup Kambing I've eaten.
I'm not sure of the address of this place yet, except tt it's v near Boon Keng road, and the stall faces the carpark. If I am not wrong, there is a sign , probably along Kallang Ave and there is the number 23 on the food center.
